We had a pleasant stay at a hotel near a supermarket. the hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean. the staff was accommodating and we enjoyed a buffet breakfast with labeled food in English and Japanese. We had a stunning view of the lake and were grateful when they provided us with a map of alternative cycle routes around the lake. the hotel also had hot water, stable Wi-Fi, and was quiet with not many guests.
The front desk staff refused to help our parents, who are both 60+, with carrying their luggage into the room.

The hotel’s location is perfect for business travelers as it offers beautiful views of the lake. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They provided a detailed map of the surrounding area, which helped me in my exploration. The room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep.
The hotel is becoming a bit outdated and could do with some renovation. The hallways had an old smell, and the furniture was showing signs of wear and tear.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view of the lake was breathtaking and helped us relax. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The comfortable beds and cleanliness of the room made us feel right at home. The breakfast was exceptional, and we couldn't resist going back for seconds.
